Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Turbocharger Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves disassembly, cleaning, balancing, and reassembling turbochargers. No prior turbocharger experience is required, but a basic understanding of mechanical systems is essential as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble turbochargers and inspect components.
• Identify and assess parts needed for repair.
• Clean, balance, and prepare components for reassembly.
• Reassemble turbochargers to ensure functionality and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
